End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the software products developed by Logline Studio, including Logline Desk and Logline Portfolio (“Software”).
By installing or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement.
1. License grant
Upon purchase, Logline Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your own professional or business purposes.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the license is limited to use by the purchaser and does not transfer ownership of the Software.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software
- make the Software available to third parties
- modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Software
except where such actions are explicitly permitted by applicable law.
3. Ownership
The Software remains the intellectual property of Logline Studio.
This Agreement grants a right to use the Software, not ownership of the Software itself.
4. Updates
Updates, bug fixes, or improvements may be provided at the discretion of Logline Studio.
There is no obligation to provide future updates, features, or compatibility with future operating systems unless explicitly stated.
5. Warranty disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
Logline Studio does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logline Studio shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
7. Applicable law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
